A yarn spool usually weighs 2-3kg when it leaves a spinning mill. The rawness of the fibers makes them unsuitable for weaving. Because of this, we test every yarn in our high-tech lab to identify its strength and quality, and accordingly we process it based on ideal values to bring you the best.   

We take hundreds of these tiny cones and systematically assemble them into warping beams each weighing over 300 Kgs. To accomplish this effectively, we have installed seven imported direct warping machines.

Our direct warping machines detect breakage within 0.1 milliseconds, so we can continue with the sizing process without interruption and provide our customers with a fine product.
